Consumer Federation of America (CFA) — Military Saves

The CFA is an association of about 300 pro-consumer nonprofit organizations that provides research, education, and advocacy on a range of consumer issues. Pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Defense as a part of the DoD Financial Readiness Campaign, CFA is launching Military Saves, a social marketing campaign to persuade, encourage, and motivate military personnel and their families to increase their personal saving and reduce consumer debt.

Military Saves is a component of America Saves, a national campaign to motivate low- to moderate-income households to save and build wealth. America Saves campaigns use motivational presentations, brochures, and consistent marketing messages to encourage Americans to Build Wealth Not Debt, and to persuade them that, regardless of income and obligations, You Can Build Wealth through saving.
